CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery (see Return Eligibility below).

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at enblocclothing@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide shipping details.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Free Returns: For defective or wrongly delivered items, we cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Partial Refunds: If only some items are returned, refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at enblocclothing@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93626 89721. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
